Baked Ravioli

INGREDIENTS

  • 1 jar pasta sauce
  • 400g can diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 625g packet of ravioli
  • 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

DIRECTIONS

  1. Preheat oven to 200C.

  2. Grease a casserole dish.

  3. In large bowl, mix water, diced tomatoes and pasta sauce. Spread half of the mixture on the bottom of the dish.

  4. Place one layer of ravioli on top of the tomato mixture, then one cup of mazzarella cheese on top of the ravioli.

  5. Repeat the layers.

  6. Cover with foil and bake for 30mins.

  7. Remove foil and sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

  8. Return to oven and cook for a further 10mins.

Serve garnished with parsley
