Soft Scrambled Eggs

Soft Scrambled Eggs



  • 4 large eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Optional extras to add: cheese, tomato sauce, salsa, sour cream


  1. Beat eggs and milk together in a bowl.

  2. Melt butter in medium sized frying pan over low heat.

  3. Pour egg mixture into pan.

  4. As eggs begin to set, gently pull them across the pan.

  5. Continue cooking by gently folding the eggs until no liquid is visible and the eggs are thick and fluffy.

Serving suggestions:

  • Smashed avocado – simply mash avocado and add a squeeze of lemon and some salt & pepper to taste, and serve alongside eggs, or mixed in.
  • Top with feta, cheddar or parmesan cheese.
  • Finish with tomato sauce, salsa or sour cream.
