Chicken Adobo

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 chicken breasts, cut into 3cm pieces
  • 6 chicken drumsticks, skin on
  • 14 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1/2 cup soy sauce
  • 1/2 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 5 bay leaves
  • Coriander leaves, chopped, to garnish (optional)
  • Rice, to serve

DIRECTIONS

  1. Place all ingredients into a large pot and simmer, uncovered, for 45mins or until chicken is cooked.

  2. Stir regularly to cook evenly.

Serve with rice and vegetables of your choice.
