EASY EATING
INGREDIENTS
2 chicken breasts, cut into 3cm pieces
6 chicken drumsticks, skin on
14 garlic cloves, crushed
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup white wine vinegar
1/3 cup Worcestershire sauce
5 bay leaves
Coriander leaves,
chopped, to garnish (optional)
Rice, to serve
DIRECTIONS
Place all ingredients into a large pot and simmer, uncovered, for 45mins or until chicken is cooked.
Stir regularly to cook evenly.
Serve with rice and vegetables of your choice.
