Omelette

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 cup of fillings: finely cut ham & cheese or chopped kale & ricotta

DIRECTIONS

  1. Beat eggs, water, salt and pepper in a small bowl until combined.

  2. Heat frying pan over medium heat. Add oil.

  3. Pour egg mixture into pan, edges should set immediately.

  4. Cook until top surface has no liquid visible.

  5. Add fillings to the surface, and fold omelette in half.

Serve immediately.
